Hello, My name is Tom, I am a foreigner from the United States living in Medellin now for over 4 years. I own my own business here in Medellin as well as in the United States. The Apartment is very big with a large balcony and two social living spaces, large dinning room area, large kitchen and was room where we have a washer and dryer. The apartment also comes with a Dry Sauna, Cleaning Lady, 24 Hour Gated Building Security, All Services are included *Water, *Gas, *Electricity *High Speed Internet as well as the bedroom, kitchen, social spaces and more are all furnished.
Ideally we are looking for a student or professional between the ages of 22-35. We are a peaceful house full of professionals both Colombian as well as from the United States. We live a healthy lifestyle and would like to keep the apartment peaceful in that way.
