My apt. is well furnished with all the comforts you would need.
A room is available for one person.
This is a 3 bedroom, 3 full baths, apt on the 8th floor.
Prices are in USD $ 300 or the equivalent in Col pesos, Per Month, whichever you prefer. Double size bed for one person . Large closet, full private bathroom is outside the door
I am interested in renting a room to someone who wants to have a quiet stay to work or visit in Medellin, at a peaceful environment.Walking distance to everything (Provenza.parque lleras, bars, clubs, gyms, churches, public transportation buses to metro stations. All the partying is done outside at the multiple bars and restaurants that are in walking distance from the building.
High Speed Internet.
Unlimited city phone use.
All utilities included in one month's rent.
The beds are very comfortable; the bedrooms have a night stand, curtains, block out, desk, and T.V. with over 100 channels (english-spanish) Hot water all through the apt.

A poca distancia de todo (Parque LLeras, bares. clubes, gimnasios, iglesias, metro y autobuses.

Habitación para una persona , Cama doble, baño privado afuera de la habitacion,escritorio,nochero, block out,cortinas.
Estoy interesado en alquilar una habitación a alguien que quiera tener una estancia tranquila para trabajar,estudiar o visitar en Medellín, en un ambiente tranquil. Toda la diversión se realiza fuera en los bares y restaurantes que están a poca distancia del edificio.

Uso ilimitado del teléfono de la ciudad.
