Comparto apartamento con wifi 500 megas, servicios (agua, electricidad, etc.) ASEO incluídos!
"I stayed with Ana and her family for 6 months. September 24’ - February 25’. She is very nice and accommodating- quick to respond with anything I needed. She cleaned the room, bathroom, bed sheets 1-2 times every week. Attached to the room I had my own private bathroom and shower which is nice. I had full access to the kitchen to cook and my own fridge to store my food. I could wash my clothes whenever I needed. She bought a brand new bed a week after I was there which is very comfortable.
The neighborhood was great, close to gyms, grocery stores, barber shops, bookstores, ATMs, bakery’s, the metro, cafes, many restaurants and more. Everyone I met in the neighborhood was very friendly.
It’s close to a huge sports complex where I joined a handball team and played with them 1-2 times a week. There’s many other sports they play that you could join if you’re into that. There’s a full size track open to the public I would frequent, many other people walk/run the track too. I bought a bicycle for $30 from people at the base of the Stadium at the sports complex (5 minute walk) if you want a bike you will find some there. You can rent bikes from people there and rollerblades which was popular. It’s walking distance to a nice hike to get into nature - Sendero Cometero Cerro El Volador- beautiful view of the city on top. I would ride my bike to Pueblito Paisa to hike there too. If you’ve never been to Medellin it’s very bike friendly with wide bike paths that run parallel to roads all throughout the city.
It’s walking distance to Carrera 70 which is the main strip of bars and parties in Laureles, a lot going on there.
I work remote and worked there everyday or at nearby cafes. I never had an issue with WiFi. It’s close to a roadway so there’s some traffic noise, I had noise cancelling headphones when I worked so it didn’t bother me. The fan would drown out noise too.
Overall it was a 10/10 for the price. I will stay here again when I come back to Medellín."
Estamos ubicados en el barrio El estadio muy cerca a la Unidad Deportiva Atanasio Girardot, a tan sólo 5 cuadras de la estación del METRO, en uno de las mejores vecindarios de Medellín, lleno de parques y cerca a todo lo que puedas necesitar durante tu estadía en la ciudad, mercados, restaurantes, centros comerciales, bancos, café, salsa, comidas rápidas, gimnasios, etc....

Dans le quartier d'Estadio, très proche de l'unité sportive Atanasio Girardot, à seulement 5 pâtés de maisons de la station METRO, l'un des meilleurs endroits de Medellín, plein de parcs et proche de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour en ville, marchés , restaurants , centres commerciaux, banques, café, salsa, restauration rapide, gymnases, etc.
Cuisine équipée pour préparer vos repas, machine à laver, eau chaude.

In the Estadio neighborhood, very close to the Atanasio Girardot Sports Unit, just 5 blocks from the METRO station, one of the best places in Medellín, full of parks and close to everything you may need during your stay in the city, markets , restaurants, shopping malls, banks, coffee, salsa, fast food, gyms, etc.
